Our Contribution

Charities

For many years, our strong sense of social accountability and passion for helping people has seen us donate to a wide range of charitable organisations.

As a result, we've created the Give Back program, which links us to our charity and regional communities across Australia.

Under the Steggles brand and through the sponsorship of the Roosters, Baiada established the Steggles Charity Nest Initiative to boost our involvement with organisations that focus on worthwhile children's causes. Through this, we are the National Kitchen partner with Ronald McDonald House Charities, supporting 14 houses through financial support and product donations.

Our support for these charities comes from not just Baiada as a company, but also our employees. To recognise the importance of supporting community organisations, we launched a fund where both the company and employees can contribute. The total amount raised by our employees is matched by the contribution from Baiada.

Partnerships

Community support is an important focus for Baiada. Through various partnerships and sponsorships, we are enriching our surrounds.

Penrith Performing & Visual Arts

Creativity and innovation is something that we value in all forms. Through Celestino, we work with Penrith Performing & Visual Arts to develop visual arts, performing arts and arts education in Western Sydney.

Grass roots

At a grass roots level, we sponsor over 42 sporting teams, including rugby union, AFL, soccer, cricket and more. To give encouragement to our little Stegglers, we also support regional local schools in Tamworth, Griffith and Beresfield. What we do may seem little, but the impact is significant: a piece of fruit for every child at the school weekly; back-to-school gifts; and annual sponsorship of the school community to fund equipment such as flagpoles, gardens and playgrounds.
